How to Use
- Prepare — Clean the outer ear with a gentle wipe to remove oils. Pat dry completely.
- Locate — Use the ear map in your digital guide (via the QR card) to identify the points for your intention — stress, sleep, energy, digestion, hormonal balance, and more.
- Apply — Using your tweezers, peel one seed from its backing and place it precisely on the chosen point. Press gently to secure.
- Activate — Press each seed for 10–20 seconds, two to three times a day, to stimulate the point.
- Remove & repeat — Wear seeds for 3 to 5 days. Remove, rest for a day, then reapply.
