Choose Your Seeds

• Vaccaria (Natural) — The original auriculotherapy seed, used in TCM for centuries. Plant-based, gentle, and highly effective. Perfect for those new to ear seeding or looking for a natural option.
• Silver — Metal seeds with a clean, minimal aesthetic. Discreet and elegant — they blend into the ear like a simple stud.
• Gold — 24k gold-plated seeds for a touch of warmth and luxury. A favourite for everyday wear — beautiful and functional.
• Diamond — Crystal-tipped seeds that catch the light beautifully. The most refined option in the collection — where wellness meets jewellery.

All seeds share the same base and adhesive — only the aesthetic differs. Choose 40 seeds (2 sheets) or 80 seeds (4 sheets). Mix seed types when selecting 80 seeds.

How to Use

1. Prepare — Clean the outer ear with a gentle wipe to remove oils. Pat dry completely.
2. Locate — Use the ear map provided via your QR card to identify the acupressure points for your intention — stress, sleep, energy, digestion, hormonal balance, and more.
3. Apply — Using tweezers, peel one seed from its backing and place it precisely on the chosen point. Press gently to secure.
4. Activate — Press each seed for 10–20 seconds, two to three times a day, to stimulate the point and encourage the body's natural response.
5. Remove & repeat — Seeds can be worn for 3 to 5 days. Remove, rest for a day, then reapply.
