Choose Your Seeds
- Vaccaria (Natural) — the original auriculotherapy seed, used in TCM for centuries. Plant-based, gentle, highly effective.
- Silver — metal seeds with a clean, minimal aesthetic. Discreet and elegant.
- Gold — 24k gold-plated seeds for a touch of warmth and luxury.
- Diamond — crystal-tipped seeds that catch the light. The most refined option.
All seeds share the same base and adhesive — only the aesthetic differs. Choose 40 seeds (2 sheets) or 80 seeds (4 sheets).
How to Use
Peel one seed with tweezers, place it precisely on your chosen ear point, and press gently. Press for 10–20 seconds, two to three times a day. Wear for 3–5 days, rest a day, then reapply. (Full ear map and protocol in your digital Ritual Guide.)
