Why Bian Stone?
Not all Gua Sha tools are equal. What It Does

How to Use
1. Prepare — Start with clean skin and apply a facial oil or body balm to allow the tool to glide smoothly without friction.
2. Warm — Soak your stone briefly in warm (not boiling) water to activate its natural properties and enhance the ritual.
3. Work — Use gentle upward strokes on the face, and firmer unidirectional strokes on the body. Always move toward the lymph nodes to encourage drainage and release.
4. Guide — Scan the QR code included with your tool for a full step-by-step video tutorial, developed by an experienced Shiatsu and TCM practitioner.
How Often
· Face — 3 to 5 times a week, ideally as part of your evening routine.
· Body — as needed, or 2 to 3 times a week for maintenance.
Crystal Care
Rinse with warm water and a gentle cleanser after each use. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Handle with care — natural stone is beautiful but fragile. Avoid dropping on hard surfaces.
